This is the best apartment I've lived in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is speedy and proficient. The apartments are spacious, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, and it's a great area - very quiet and private, but still very close to anything and everything you need. From my experience, it seems that most tenants are young professionals and KU Med students. My roommate and I really like living here and would recommend it to anyone.
