I've lived at Hillsborough for three plus years now and overall think its been a great place to live. The staff is fine, they have never been rude to me but I also must admit I rarely need anything from them as the grounds crew and maintance crew fix and check things so reguraly there are rarely problems. The location is very conveinant to the highways and overall I'd recommend the complex.
