Lived here for a year very nice place. Never had any issues with saftey, parking lots lit pretty well. Noise is minimal in our building. Disadvantage, building not well constructed. Walls are thin, VERY cold in the winter (we have space heaters in most rooms.) Windows leak like a sive. Advantage, maintance is exceptional. We have had several repairs made to faucets, etc. (all on the same day we called them in). Roads and walkways are kept clear. Overall pretty good.
