I went to visit this property and I was very frustrated with how I was treated. The person who helped me threw a card for me to fill out and acted like I was bothering her. I chose not to inconvience her and walked out. Ever heard of customer service'!'

I must agree with "Anonymous". I drove quite a distance to tour an apartment and grounds at his property and was greeted by a woman who acted as if I was wasting her time and felt like I was being brushed off. After a little persistance on my part she agreed to show me the model apartment, which was quite nice.Afterwards the agent never offered to follow up with me on the availibity of an apartment and quickly left me standing in the parking lot. I wonder if the owner of the property is aware of the treatment of his pespective tenents? After a preview of the complex and the "customer service" I would probably have to say no. There are plenty of nice complexes in Johnson county to choose from and customer service is one thing that costs you nothing and can set you apart from the rest.

Quit the business. You are obviously in the wrong field. No matter what you should never be rude to customers. Maybe McDonalds has an opening....Oh and enough with the excuses...it makes you sound really pathetic.

I AGREE that the customer service is lacking! I stopped in at the leasing office to look at an apartment and the woman looked upset that I was disturbing her (even though she wasn't assisting anyone or doing any other work). I asked her if I could receive a brochure and additional information, and she gave me a dirty look like you wouldnt belive, practically flinging the brochure at me. She didnt say anthing about the apartments, or any other words . . . talk about poor sales service! All I can say is that this woman needs an attitude adjustment! I can safely say I will NOT be looking at this apartment complex again!

I have to agree somewhat. i went to view apartments at this complex about 2 1/2 months ago. While the staff was not rude and showed me around to the apartments I wanted to see, I asked them to call me when an apartment became available. I left my phone number because they were in the process of "fixing" an apartment up. The time frame matched my move date and I expected to hear from them when the 2 bedroom they were fixing was completed. As of today 12/29/2006 - I have yet to hear from them. I have left a couple of voice messages and sent an e:mail but have not heard back from them. Maybe because they have no problems acquirin new tenants they do not keep their word, but I was certainly saddened by their lack of responsiveness to my inquiries and their promise to call me when the apartment was completed. This IS a beautiful facility and campus and I was looking forward with great anticipation to living there.

You people are not the brightest crayons in the box! It's obvious by simply opening your eyes and looking at the complex that this is a nice place to live. The entire staff is awesome. They've even taken me to the auto store when I got a flat tire. I love how everyone on this site that has something bad to say are completely void of any spelling or grammar skills. Find something real to complain about with your time, like, oh I don't know.......poverty, famine, genocide....

Back at you Brunson, get a life. If you don't have a problem then shut up already. Those of us that are looking for a place to live do take into account how we are treated from day one. Frankly, the management, and staff of properties in the Mission area seriously lack customer service skills. People who leave personal attack replies to comments often turn out to be employees at the company. I take that in to account as well.
