I was told that apartments could be viewed from 10-4 on Sat but when I stopped by the 2 girls sitting talking said that you had to have an appointment and refused to show then. They were closed the next Sat due to Labor Day and I would be gone the following Sat. Due to my work I cannot come during the week. In rechecking this site to see if it says you need an appointment, I see that in 2004 and again in 2006 it is mentioned that the staff is rude--and I totally agree!!!

Things haven't changed much - it's 2008 and they are still rude. Not sure if it's the same staff, but it sure is the same attitude! One in particular, don't know if I can say her name (it starts with a -- has absolutely no customer service skills. She interrupts, talks down to her prospective tenants, and generally acts as if it is an imposition to show an apartment. Why pay for that?
