I love it here. Once I asked if they would come and sweep up the spider webs in the stair well and they did!!! Once I let them know my washer was making funny noise and when I got home form work I had a new one all hooked up. The grounds always look so nice the trash is not near the apartments so you never have to see or smell it. I could not be happier.

Amen to that. I've been here 7 years and can't imagine living anywhere else in K.C. Great staff, beautiful grounds, maintenance taken care of within the hour.

I wish my experience was as positive - nice apartment, good location, but lousy office staff. I dread going into the office or calling them!
