My sister and I loved the look of these apartments, and thought that the person who answered my phone calls was very pleasant. Then, we tried to see one of the apartments. Just like several other people have complained, the person in the office was SO RUDE!! Guess she only likes to talk on the phone and not actually get up and show apartments, or maybe she was hoping some hot guy would show up that she could flirt with. Actually, this was not a weekend visit. At any rate, rudeness is NEVER acceptable, and the person at the desk did not suggest we make an appointment. The young person working that day had an extremely "snippy" attitude and treated us as if we were beneath her.

I had a similar treatment while trying to see an apartment. The person at the desk wasn't very interested in showing an apartment or even talking about apartments. The attitude was get out of my office I have something more important to do besides answer your questions. In fact the assistant in the office was taken back by their comments. This happened around April '08.
