I am going into my 3rd year at Hilsborough and I have never had a problem with the management staff. I guess it all depends on 'your" attitude - they are people too not servants. With the excepption of some noisy neighbors the experience has been a good one. Maintenance it top notch and fix things quickly. The grounds are modestly maintained. I wish the pool was a little bigger but it is a great little community where 'most' of the people respect their neighbors and live quietly. I would reccommend these apartments highly. Be ready for some exotic wildlife from time to time. Saw a raccoon as big as a pit bull a few weeks ago. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I'm glad your experience has been so positive; I am sure Hillsborough has many satisfied tenants. However, not everyone shares your opinion, and I think it's unfair to assume those people are complainers or somehow deserve to be treated rudely. When we were looking at apartments, the young woman in the office was so rude to us that I wished we had never even bothered to look there. In reading past reviews, I realize we weren't the only ones to feel this way. Please don't judge someone harshly because their experience didn't mirror yours.
