---hillsborough needs to spend some money on exterior illumination, take a drive around the large hilly circle and count the dark spots
---mission police department spends more time writing tickets along foxridge drive to generate revenue for the city and not enough time patrolling for criminals. the city will not spend money patrolling an apt complex, tenants do not pay property tax
---criminals are visiting the complex on a daily basis and checking cars with flashlights, speaking from experience

---burglaries usually occur in the fall when the sun sets sooner, when fog and rain occur after dark, allowing for concealed movement. Although now the pattern has changed to summer time when rainy whether permits. Recent criminals make actual live in or near complex considering how well they react to parking patterns.

Wow! Didn't realize there had been that many problems with break-ins. I agree that Hillsborough could improve the lighting in their lots, although that won't stop all the crime. Maybe we all need to go to the office to enlist their help - if word gets out about all the break-ins, this place will really suffer. I haven't lived here long enough to become a staff favorite (they obviously have them), and am afraid to get a reputation as a troublemaker or else I'd try to organize a meeting. Maybe someone that is on great terms with the office folks???
