I have lived here since January 2008.
The apartment is large and gets great sunlight. It is across from the police station, which my mom (the worrywart) LOVES. I've never had trouble parking. I had an ant problem and just couldn't get rid of them for awhile. They spray regularly but I wasn't able to have them spray when it was scheduled. They offered to come the next month when they would be spraying another building. They usually let you know when they're going to do something that might disturb you, like working on the roof. The exception is when they were trimming trees and needed me to move my car. They are open six days a week, which is nice. They are very nice whenever I go in to talk to them. My rent comes out automatically each month so I don't have to worry about getting it to them. I had them fix my shower faucet when it broke off. It was quick and worked properly. The maintenance man was nice. It doesn't have some of the amenities that many places around here do, like workout facility, club house, or a pool. Overall,though, I would recommend this apartment to friends.
