Very good apartment

This apartment is outstanding from a maintenance standpoint. They keep up with everything, and they fix problems right away. Plenty of parking, elevators for those with stair problems, plenty of laundry room capacity, and located close to everything in downtown Mission. There are two laundry rooms per building, which works out to four washers and dryers for every 30 apartments.
Since there is no pool, the clientelle tends toward older, but that leads to lots of peace and quiet, too. (Complexes with pools tend to be party havens.) Instead of a pool, these apartments are located just one block from a terrific community rec center (Sylvester Powell rec center) that has full gym amenities at a bargain price for Mission residents.
There are carports for 25% of the apartments, and they cost $30 per month. The waiting list isn't very long to get one.
Two-thirds of the apartments here are one-bedroom and one bath, and the other third are two-bedroom and one bath. Both have good space in the rooms. The only drawback is that these apartments are over 30 years old, so despite good maintenance, they have small bathroom sinks, and they don't have washer and dryer in the unit.
