I renewed my lease in January because this apartment rocks!! There is a washer and dryer downstairs so no having to go to the laundry mat, and the building is VERY well maintained. The maintanance staff comes the same or the next day when you call with any request and they get the job done right the first time, no messing around, no empty promises. They spray for pests on a regular schedule, BEFORE there is a problem, not after. I have not seen one bug in my apartment ever. They accept cats which was a must for me but no dogs, so no stepping in poo when you take a walk in their green, plush lawn. The rent is very reasonable and the electric bill (the apartments are all electric, no gas bill to worry about) is even more reasonable. My highes electric bill yet has been $40. The building is practically on Johnson Drive which is such a quaint area to walk along and look in all the little shops and restaurants along the way. And, the Mission police station is 2 blocks away, even though no one here has ever needed the police.... I have never seen them here. When there is an opeing here, you should jump on it!
