Security problems

Overall nice place; good management, minimal noise, etc.... but had problems with thefts (apartment break-ins and vehicles stolen or broken into), mail box break-ins, and other various crimes. While mgt keeps tenants informed, they haven't done anything to curb the crime.

Because of the crime, and mgt's lack of initiative to do anything about it, we're looking to move.
