I lived there for only a few months in 2003. The staff was great and friendly. We had problems with pipes and the roofs leaking, but the maintenance staff was quick to fix the problems. We didn't get a lot of the deposit, unknown to why. Be present on the walk thru when you leave, take pictures prior to moving in. Just be proactive and responsible. I enjoyed living there...no safety issues.
