i had problems with my apartment from day one. nothing ever worked correctly. my toilet clogged every day with as little as just water in it .it overflowed several times into the bedroom and on the carpet. management and maintenance never did anything to correct the toilet other than to "snake it." the toilet needed to be replaced. i went 2 days in the hot, hot summer without air-conditioning and my utilities bills were through the roof. in comparing my bill to friends' bills for their entire house and more, mine was almost $100 a month higher - for a less than 700 square foot apartment. don't be fooled by the "low" rents, the utilities (you have to pay for gas, electric AND water) will kick your wallet's butt. once i started to put in frequent maintenance requests as well as report more problems with my unit, the management staff became very rude to me. i am so glad to be out of there. i wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
