This place has been nothing but problems since we moved in March of 03. First we found marijuana in our garbage disposal and playboys on the closet. We have had massive bug problems, with cockroaches and all. The management is all currently fired right now, go figure. They said we'd have an exercise room and that never happened. Its a place of broken promises. Even if you take the time to go on AIMCO's website and tell them how upset you are, they NEVER get back to you. We had someone try to break into our apartment and still they do nothing. All they care about is their monthly payments.
I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM AN AIMCO PROPERTY AGAIN!!!!!!

I live here and it is great the new management company has been nothing but helpful, since it is not aimco anymore I think this review should be removed.

I live here too. Maxus people are no better and probably worse
