This older complex is very run down and improvements, though promised, have yet to be made.
Units are outdated (carpets, appliances, etc.)and poorly constructed. The maintenance man is efficient, but can only do what the office authorizes (minimal). Noise can be a problem, even with quiet neighbors.
We've had onging problems with bugs, possibly due to the heavily wooded surroundings.
The office workers change frequently and always seem disorganized. Groundskeeping is marginal and the only amenity is a small pool and hot tub. There is also a volleyball court, but it's useless as weeds have taken over the sand (not that most people probably look for a complex with volleyball anyway).
The location (near I-35)is convenient, but there are other complexes nearby that are a lot more attractive and in far better condition. Look elsewhere, you can do much better.

Sounds like the competition doesn't like losing people to Stone Ridge Apartments.
