First and foremost THE MANGEMENT is leaving all of the AWESOME reviews. They all sound the same and give high reviews on everything. That is just how this place works. They put on a great facade and then the truth comes out. During my 9 month stay at this place my apartment was sprayed three times for bugs (no help), apartments were broken into, the gutters were falling off buildings and the place was always dirty. People did not pick up after their dogs. The fact that the place is surrounded by vegitation seems nice, but its not. Because the porch light are always on which attacts bugs, which attracts huge spider webs and hince the multiple visits by extermnatiors. Now to the inside of the apartments, the places look okay, but once you live there for a little while you see the true picture. The appliances are aging rapidly ( from the 1970s). Live on the top floor the because the floors must be hollow. Other than that the place isn't too bad if you did have tons of other BETTER options.
