I am currently a resident and I just cannot wait to get out!! First those other ratings of "5" are from the employees at the complex. I have lived here and I have had my car broken into. Nothing in my apartment works 100%. The landscape is average and the pool is good since it is not crowded with a bunch of kids. I don't live that far from the pool and at night some residents and guest are using it and it gets really noisy. This happens EVERY NIGHT!! The woods surrounding looks like it would help in keeping the property protected but it's not. All it does is add to the insect and wildlife that creep around the complex. I have seen a bobcat a handful of times. This can be a problem if you own pets and have to them at night. The insects are a big problem. I have tones of wasp, ants and spiders! I live on the bottom and I can here everything that happens on top of me...and I MEAN EVERYTHING! My closet doors are off its hinges and you do not get enough provided lighting. All the bed rooms and living room you have to buy your own lamps! One of the complexes from the outside is falling apart. One of the railings is broken and the lamp post is totally gone so there is not enough security light for the parking lot! Lastly, there is no fitness area and the employees say they are getting one but they have been saying this for YEARS! In all I am paying way too much for so little and you should look elsewhere!
