I have lived in Stone Ridge Apartments for now about 7 months and I am at the point of looking into breaking my lease early. This complex is extremely outdated and bugs are crawling ALL over the apartments. The property manager, Christina, is absolutely horrible. No personality and certainly no drive. About the only positive thing I can say about her is she knows how to match her clothes on occasion!!! On the other hand when Courtney was there things tended to go alot smoother. Christina has a tendency to talk down to tenants and can be down right nasty!!! John is always promt fixing anything that goes hay-wire within the apartments(which is OFTEN). Bugs, bugs, bugs!!! If you are going to settle in here you may want to think how fond you are of sleeping with ants, waterbugs, spiders, cockroaches, and the list could go on and on!!!! I will end with this... just please keep looking before you make your final decision to be Stone Ridge Apartments!!! There are plenty other clean, nicely renovated apartments without bugs out there with a leasing office manager who is willing to help with any problem that may arise!
