The previous response sounds like it was written by one of the leasing agents. This place is a joke the staff especially Stacey is a very uncaring person who could give a ---- less about any problems that you may have. She is real sweet when trying to get you to rent an apartment but then after you are signed in she becomes satans sister. The pool is always full of thousands of little gnats. It looks good at a glance but if you look closely you will not want to swim in the bug pool. It is disgusting. You can see the maintenance man clean it out but they need a new filtration system their. The walls are paper thin that you can actually feel the neighbors close their doors let alone hear them. There are also roaches that I have to admit they spray for but they use their own maintenance guy not a professional. There is good parking but if it snows good luck getting up that hill. They tell you that they will unlock the gate but they never do. And also their are a lot of perverts in the area a young woman was raped there and another woman caught a guy jacking off outside her window. Also if you move out be prepared for a bunch of hidden fees in your lease, and you will not be refunded your deposit they say it was a nonrefundable administrative fee. Just giving you the heads up about this place if you dont beleive me and rent there you will shortly find out the hard way.

This is right a right on review. I could not have said it better. I would add--don't let them sucker you in with a move in special, unless you enjoy moving, they more than make up the difference at renewal time.
