Let me preface this by saying I have been renting apartments since 1975 in Chicago, Los Angeles and Kansas City and this is the happiest I have been in a place ever. I have lived at Stone Ridge for about six weeks. The people who work here, especially Kathy, the Assistant Manager and Dan the Maintenance Man are FANTASTIC; they work very hard and will do anything and everything they can to accommodate your needs.

Move in was flawless. The apartment was ready-to-live-in clean, the appliances in perfect working order and excellent condition, the sinks and plumbing all working perfectly. Most apartments I have lived in do a shoddy paint job, but this apartment is beautifully painted with classy looking sand-colored walls and white trim. This is not a paint job that was simply slapped on; it was time consuming to be sure and meticulously done. I love the Berber carpeting which was newly shampooed and in excellent condition. The grounds are spotlessly clean and beautifully landscaped.

I love the way Stone Ridge is right off the exit of I-35 and so convenient to everything you need in Johnson County, yet it feels like you are out in the country because it is tucked behind Metcalf in a beautiful little wooded area. It is quiet; you never hear traffic or sirens, just the sound of a train in the night. There are dogs on the property, but they are always leashed and picked up after and I hardly ever hear barking. It is peaceful and cheery and everyone so far has been very friendly.

They have 24-hour maintenance and the couple of minor things I needed repair on where done within hours of putting in a work order. Dan and Kathy are on the premises all day so I feel my place is safe and secure while I am away. Dan is always making the rounds so he would see if anything out of the ordinary took place.

Everybody who has been to my apartment so far has been very impressed with what an incredibly nice and cheery place this is. I would recommend it to any of my friends. There is nothing negative I could possibly think of.

I absolutely love living at Stone Ridge!!
