Good location, great staff; ugly gym From: fdrnewdeal Date posted: 7/11/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I recommend Wellington Club Apartments for its convenient location, friendly staff, and fair price. The swimming pool was well kept, maintenance requests were expedient, and the atmosphere was generally friendly. If youre moving into an apartment there, I suggest a ground level apartment for easy moving and for the larger outdoor patio. On the downside, you may have to endure some noise discomfort if your upstairs neighbours stomp around alot. The apartment design is typical cookie-cutter style, but it never bothered me. What did bother me was the uneven basketball court and pathetic excuse for a weight room. When I left, they were remodelling - hopefully theyve refinished the basketball courts and gym. Parking can be a problem too if you dont want to pay extra for a carport.
