I lived on the second floor. We were always worried that we where making to much noise for the people below us. But everyone was friendly and we never had any problems. The apts with hookups are a plus. Parking can be a little tricky without a spot. The gym has been updated a little. Just noticed two brand new machines and the lighted courts are not to bad. Maintainence is good. No major problems that where not taken care of asap. Good, clean space for the money. Easy access to I35. Very diverce renters. I would advise waiting till the last moment and seeing if they will throw in a parking spot for free. ;) The utlis for $40 a month minus elec is good. So gas, water and trash flat 40. You furnace is gas but drayer hookups are only electric.
