We rented the bigger 1 bedroom apartment which is why it is $630... I think the smaller is less money. And gas, water and trash are included in the rent price of $630. We have really enjoyed our stay here. They have many amenities including a pool, indoor hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, volleyball court, pool table and laundry center. And you can even rent the club house which is very nice! I don't know how much it costs to do that since I never have, but I have seen many parties put on up there.
