this has been a great apartment complex, it is completely safe, there have been no problems here according to the police that regularly patrol the area, maintenance staff are not real quick unless something is really pertinent, office staff are very friendly, have had some problems with noise, but staff take complaints seriously and after two noise complaints they will ask the offender to move out (which happened with our neighbor), very reasonable and worth the money, plan to stay a while longer
