Don't make a huge mistake! If you check this place out do your homework. The maintianience staff does pretty good for what they have to work with. Where should I start' Well when you tour the property notice that most of the buildigs are lower than ground level which causes flooding and there is a terrible drainage system. The ceilings constanlty leak and that is never resolved. Raw sewage in your bath tub is not exactly how I choose to start the mornings off but that has happened twice. My Neighbor told me during the summer they never have cold water and when the they turned that in to the office, well there still waiting for that answer. And if you walk into an apartment check out the doors and windows and see if they work properly or if the look totally off because the structure of the building is totally sinking into the ground and the apartment is crooked. Then check out the gutter and notice that the down spout is actually higher than the rest of the gutter so walking to your front door under a waterfall is pretty common. And the grounds, well I could put a horse to pasture there and it would do a better job than the dissaster the lawn crew puts out! I guess the best thing about this place is that there are three other complexes right up the street that are close and convienient to move to!!
