Good luck with the staff here. If a total ----- of a leasing manager is what you are looking for....you have found the place.

Went to visit this place and wanted to see an apartment. We were told we could not see it until the tenants had vacated in a few weeks but she took down our name and number and said we were "first" on the list for this apartment. When we called back a few days later....she conveniently did not remember us or anything we had talked about and rented the same apartment out to others.

The apartments may be nice and a good price but don't expect any kindness from the office staff.

As the leasing agent at Wellington, I can say that there is more than one person working in the office. Where do I begin? When you have your mom and dad call in addition to the three times that you have called, in addition to the faxes and emails from Relocation Central, and your three visits to the property, how can we forget you? Not to mention that each time you pretended that this was your first contact with our property, and that you knew nothing about Wellington. Each time we told you that we did not have the type of unit that you were looking for in the time frame that you gave us. We can't make a unit miraculously appear, or kick a tenant out so that you will be happy. We do not hold units unless we have a deposit. Legally, we cannot do that. We do not have a waiting list and have nothing that resembles a "VIP" leasing pool. We take prospects on a first come, first serve basis, and the one with the deposit gets the unit. No matter that this guest never lived on the property, but visiting first with a friend, then with the parents, then again with the roommates, is not going to change our availability. Sorry that we didn't have what you needed -----, but the truth is the truth, no matter how many times you try to catch us. We would have been glad to have you as a tenant, but since you needed what we did not have, we could not help you. Thank you for your constructive feedback. Your comments are appreciated.

I'm a leasing agent at a completely different apartment complex far away from Kansas you can bet on that. I'm glad to see a response like this one! who is this girl, -----, that is giving such bad reviews on an apartment that she hasn't, doesn't and probably will never live AT? Hope all goes well with you at Wellington.
