Stayed here for two winters, Every winter the roof leaks if you are staying in the upper floor. Building are old. electric wiring is pretty bad. AC noisy. Well to add to that the the staff is very nice to talk to but don't basically understand the basics of real estate management and the processes involved like a rent certificate or a receipt..... It is tough to get them understand.

And If you stay in the lower floor the floor being wood you cannot get a nights sleep with your neighbor up floor just walking. Saw a snake once in the grass and had my car glass broken twice in one year and my friend had her car stolen. Roads inside the community is repaired only once two years so the year i stayed had no repairs... my bad luck. I had a lease of 13 months here and THE STAFF DOESN'T HAVE ANY RECORDS. THEIR ILLITERACY is great. Luckily I had copy of my lease papers
