I couldn't have had a worse experience. The apartment was not ready to move in on the day I scheduled. I had to wait several hours while they finished installing new carpet. New carpet sounded nice until it nearly broke my new vaccuum cleaner as it came out in chunks. They do not monitor the parking lots and there are often no spaces since many tenants of a neighboring apartment building park in the lot. The worst part, though, is easily the management. They close the office at 5:00 during the winter, which makes it hard to get to the office after work, and they are often not at the office (for no apparent reason) during hours. There will be no sign left or reason for the absence. It took several weeks to pick up a package due to bad timing and absent office staff. When I finally did pick it up, they said "Oh, well we've had packages here for much longer". Easily the worst part, though, are the outright lies by the staff. I arranged a new tenant to take over my lease and was told twice that I would still get my security deposit back (they even gave me two different options for handling it with the new tenant), but then was sent a letter saying I would not get it (after I moved out) because I broke my lease. I would understand that to be the case if not told TWICE by their staff that it would be returned. When I went in to argue with them, the manager simply told me that it was corporate policy, and at least I wasn't charged the $500 break lease fee (which I searched for in my lease and was NOT THERE). In short, don't rent here. There are plenty of other apartment places around that are at least competent.
