I have lived in this complex for nearly a year. I recently spent the last month trying to get someone to come fix my air conditioner. I called their service line and the office every day for 3 weeks before the issue was finally resolved. I've never experienced such lax maintenance in all my apartment renting years.

The office staff is pretty much out to lunch all day every day. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of one of them via telephone, and every time you run in the office, you're either stuck waiting on someone to help you, or no one is available at all.

The grounds are not kept up very well, the sidewalks throughout the property are in desperate need of repair, cannot count the number of near falls during the icy winter months. When it rains the entire place is under water. There is usually problems with finding a parking spot, and the covered areas are not lit. I met a snake not once, but twice upon my first month of residency. I had to take care of that problem myself.

As far as other ammenities, they are few and far between. The laundry room is complete trash, I once spent an ENTIRE evening waiting for one load to finish, and it's dirty in there. The workout room is a joke, and nothing really works in there. There are tennis courts, which are fine for all intents and purposes, but the sand volleyball area is beside a giant mound of trash. The pool is nice enough, but there are a lot of children running rampant in there.

I've witnessed one of my neighbors being taken away by the police 3 different times, which tells me any criminal off the streets can rent here, not the safest place for any other law abiding citizens to be residing.

In short, there are several other nice complexes in the same area, and I would advise checking those out before deciding on this poorly managed, run down dump.
