i live here now and the place is falling apart the maintance people spend all their time wandering around or hiding and the manager was a joke they got a new one but i see nothing better the walls are paper thin and the grounds are a mess full of dog poop and mud holes you can smell your neighbors dinner cooking and their cigarette smoke the amenities are mostly broken or locked up at 5pm and closed tight on the weekends the laundry too so what good do they do the average working person. when my lease is up i am GONE
