I lived here from 2000 to 2003. It was okay for the price, I lived in a two bedroom one bathroom, right by the train tracks above the office. There were some real weird neighbors. But people left me alone so that's okay I didn't have any problems with that. Price for rent was pretty reasonable. No pool, rather bland surroundings, but decent. Management kept changing. Some shady people around.
