In two words: TOTAL NIGHTMARE. If you want a crappy apartment where you can hear your neighbors breathe (let alone walk) through the walls, then Bristol Pointe is the place for you. Washers and Dryers always broken. The landscaping is so unkept that one of the bushes actually caught on fire last summer (dead serious). My advice: spend the extra 50 to 100 dollars a month of another place. This place is a disaster.
