I've been here a few months now and I must've looked at every apartment complex in the Olathe/Overland Park area before settling here. The price is awesome. They gave me the first month free. I noticed a wobbly fan the first day there and the next day the maintenance man was there installing a brand new ceiling fan! The carpets are brand new. My son and I are so happy here. I feel proud to have people come to my home. It's really not loud even on weekends in the building i'm in. I love the workout room. It's clean and I never have to wait for a machine or anything. The staff have been very friendly. They even have a notary service free of charge. The only problem is I have seen a couple of roaches. Just be sure not to leave food out. Other than that I will be happy bringing my new baby into it in August. most of the neighbors seem friendly and most everyone seems to work during the day. No riff raff hanging around fixing cars etc. I'm a single mom and I feel perfectly safe here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
