All the employees are friendly and helpful. Repairs always gets done within 24 hours, often within an hour of calling. Management tries to create a community feel by hosting events such as a Christmas party where they give all residents free Chili and wrap Christmas presents for free. In the spring they give free flowers, and when you move in you get a free gift basket! They put out a newsletter out each month with fun facts, recipes, and a calendar of events. They always notify you if they will be coming into your apartment to do maintenance, and never make unnecessary visits! You can not ask for a better team of employees, and especially for theh prices!!!
Also, all 1st floor apartments are wheelchair accessible, which is awesome. If it isn't completely accessible for your needs, management will work with you!
