I only moved here because of location and price. I could never understand why [are you ready for this one'] in oder to have a pet, you have to get a note from your doctor. When I asked why, the response was they are considered some kind of therapy for some residents with mental handicap. Even though I have always gotten back my deposits and pet deposits and showed proof of this, I have no mental handicaps and still need a note from my dr. lol lol give me a break lol... As far as the price its now too much for what its worth to me.. just gave my 30 day notice, I would not move back to this complex due to the silly pet rule even though the staff and maintanance crew in my opinion were above average.

Apartment complexes have a right to not allow pets. I used to live at Clarion Park, and they had a "no pet policy." However, by law they have to let people who have service dogs live there. This includes what is called an "emotional companion" dog, which is a dog that acts as a companion for people with emotional/mental disabilities. These rules are law and would apply to any apartment complex. Clarion park has a higher rate of people with disabilities than most places, which is why it was so noticeable.
