Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am a single female and I feel very comfortable living at Deerfield apartments. I just renewed my lease for my 2nd year. I rated noise at a 4 because you can hear your neighbors a little but this is a 20 year old property and it is an appartment...it is bound to happen. Maintenance is awesome and the management staff is new but appears to be very nice.
