I will be as forthcoming as possible. If you are a family person, if you value solitude and a tranquil living space then please by all means do not move into this place. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the slightest noise emanating from nearly every point of the neighboring area. Snoring, walking, washer/dryer, conversations, alarm clocks, passing cars, toilets flushing, television sets, music and the like. Your best bet would be getting an end unit, as I have heard they are far more pleasant than those located directly next to eachother. but even they fall short of expectations, as most of the aforementioned noises will eventuaully drive you mad. I am just counting the days and waiting to move...please please please, if you are considering moving into this place I beg you do your research, when you visit the premise listen carefully, inquire about the level of noise as i can attest it certainly exists and has been exceedingly extant since I moved in.

Above all it is cheap and often times you do get what you pay for....and I am definitely paying for it. The staff is great, but they have no control over what existed prior to their ownership....my only quarrel is with the quality of the units. As far as I'm concerned they are completely unfit for the civil minded. If you are a student, an individual of serious intellectual pursuits, one who works all day, or if you just enjoy plain old-fashioned peace and quiet...then by all means stay away from this place.
