Moving would like feedback

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I am planning on moving in June and would like to have some feedback from ppeople that have lived there or who are currently living there now. Such as how is the manager and how is the maintance there' Is it worth the amount of rent they charge' Is it all electric or gas or both' Any information would be helpful.
