It is interesting to note in these reviews how the most recent ones illustrate a sharp decline in satisfaction. Such is my own. I have had a few problems which were addressed rather quickly, but had a repeat problem with the garage door. Looking around you can find many examples of quick and shoddy construction. I currently have a problem with my heating system which has not been corrected after 3 weeks. The manager tells me he will charge me if he has to send the maintenance man over again. I have been repeatedly chastised by the manager for calling the office to report the continuation of my problem and he accuses me of harrassment. I would not have to call often if I had received even one phone call from the office to let me know the status of the repair. He had a professional service man check the problem, but he said it was fine. This is because the manager told the professional that my problem was a lack of heat, but rather it is the constant blowing of the fan even when the heater is not on. This causes the apartment to cool off quickly and the heater to come on every 15 minutes. This problem was not checked by the professional. The misunderstanding of my problem could stem from the maintenace man's poor command of english as well as the two women who work in the office barely speaking english. There is so much more to say, like the noise from neighboring units (snoring, alarm clocks, etc) to the lack of convenience of the layout - the front door faces the street, but there is no parking for guests. They must park in the back and enter through the garage. If you do decide to move in, it is imperative you compile some sort of move-in inspection. We were told by the lady who walked us through that these minor problems were okay and we did not need to write them down. We did compile our own list and I am happy; after reading these other reviews I am concerned about getting a fair amount back.
