my experience was quite well. The office staff was always friendly and made sure my litttle girl had candy waiting on Rent due day. In the two cases when some of the equipment broke down in the unit the office ladys were on the phone in seconds calling the fix it man to repair or replace the equipment. The location was to die for, Walmart and the Post Office were a 5 minute walk from our unit. Grass,Pool were very well kept. Privacy was very good! we were not bothered by the management about anything our entire stay. Just make sure you give them a 60 day written notice before you move out not a 30 day. I would live there still if it wernt for a growing family.
