These apartments were very nice to live in. Actually they are townhomes, not apartments. So if you have an end unit like I did, there is only one neighbor. Nothing is shared, each place has it's own heat/AC and water supply. The managers are very nice and are always on top of things when something goes wrong. Anytime we had something that needed to be fixed, they always had it being worked on the next day. The privacy is great, we were never bothered by the management unless we needed something. There is also a nice playground and pool, which was perfect for my daughter. She loved being there. I have to agree about the location. Having a Wal-mart and post office right across the street is very convenient, and the main shopping area of Olathe is just three miles north. The units are a little small, but nothing noticeable if you are just a family of three. And the price is great for the size of the unit. We were only there for a year, but we really enjoyed our stay. We only moved because we found a bigger place in a more convenient area of town. I would definitely recommend living here if you are a small family looking for a new place to live.
