I know somebody who is a police officer in Olathe, and it is a FACT that someone can research by looking Olathe Police's crime bulletins that this complex is constantly having criminal activity, drug arrests, disturbances, and the like. So if you are looking for a place to live with criminals, go there, if not, stay away! It's sad to see such beautiful, new buildings going to trash because of the tenants in them.
