Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Our heat went out in our apartment and noone responded for two days. It went out on a Friday. Monday someone finaly fixed the problem. They are suppose to have emergency maintenance service. Yeah right. Our lease is up in 45 days. We gave notice and are moving far away from this place.
