I lived here for a year and a half. I came home every evening and had to park on the other side of the complex most of the time. That was my biggest complaint!!! In addition, there were way too many colored people living there. I have no problem with them, but when you go to the pool and of 20 people, you are the only white woman, it is kind of uncomfortable. Closer to the end of my lease, I had enormous problems with noise and people hanging out late at night. However, the staff was responsive and the apartment was small, but nice. I paid $900 a month for my 3-bedroom apartment, which is way overpriced! I see they have lowered their rates since then. When I moved out, I gave a 30-day written notice. A month AFTER I moved out, I received a call asking why I had "abandoned" my apartment, which is odd, because I turned in my keys in person and everything!! Apparently, they had left several notices on my door telling me my rent was late! I did not even live there anymore!! They stuck me with owing them $900, but lucky for them it doesn't show up on my credit report. Whatever!!!

COLORED PEOPLE...If you seriously dont have a problem with US, then you would have not made a comment like that. Oh and for future reference PAY YOUR RENT AND WE WONT CALL YOU ABOUT DEFAULTING!

What a bit$h, colored people! I bet your dumb white a$$ wouldn't say that to none of their faces. And if something would have happened to you, then you probably deserved it. Deal with it!

may God strike you blind! Who do you think you are to say this crapp hole apartment complex is bad because black people live here. Thats not a problem at all. get your facts straight!
