Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Even though the price was decent the community in general was rough. The parking was awful and the noise from cars driving through late at night would vibrate the windows of the apartment. Maintence requests were never taken care of promptly. Young children roamed free. Police visits were often usually due to domestic spats. I would not recommend living here.
