Air Conditioner froze up and leaked water into my room mates closet "threw the wall" they said they would need to tear out the insilation and replace it along witht he dry wall me and my buddy went on a week vacation and was told that it would be done during that time we came back to see a freshly painted wall....three weeks later mold was seeping threw the wall in a 2ft by 3ft area we again told them about the mold they scraped it off the wall and repainted..we stayed the last two months of our lease both felt ------ and had cronic colds for the remainder of our stay... dont get me started about the drug dealers and the kids running around in the parking lot when its pitch black out side
