I lived here for 2 years and was happy as hell when my lease was up. The first year really wasn't that bad, my neighbors were quiet and the parking was alright, although I did have to walk a few times. But during the second year it was a total nightmare. Parking became so bad that after I got home from work I refused to go anywhere because I would have to park on the other side of the complex when I got home. Sometimes even after getting home from work in the early evening I'd have to park far away. Management kept telling everyone they were "towing the dead cars" but there weren't dead cars, just residents who weren't following the parking rules and management that didn't care. I'm pretty sure even if the rules were enforced there still wouldn't have been enough parking spots for each apartment. My neighbors were mostly quiet--with college kids I'll let one or two noisy nights go--but the rest of the property got noisy at night. I could hear people outside yelling at each other, and little kids running around after dark. Don't get me started on the pool-I went up there once and wouldn't go back because of all the unsupervised kids. The rent was cheap, but that's really about all I can say about it.
