Main problem is parking as the design is piss poor considering the number of people living there. The place is dominated by "undesirables"...frequent police at the complex, smells of marijuana, etc. Management was poor. I received a eviction notice out of the blue because they lost my check, and then found it again. When we moved in we had a broken window, reported it. When we left the window was still broken.
